English: This movie shows the cohesive and directional migration of WT gata1:GFP GCs. Migrating GCs were recorded in one cerebellar lobe. The migratory routes of individual GCs were traced using ImagJ1.34s software (Manual Tracking Tool plug-in) and appear in the second part of the movie. Arrows in the final image depict the overall migration direction of traced GCs, demonstrating their highly coherent and directional migration behavior. |
