Description
English: Polyacrylamide substrate strain plotted as a colormap. The strain, calculated from the deformation observed with the high-speed camera, was plotted as a spatial colormap, with vectors representing displacement directions. The black circle represents the typical position of a cell (∼125 µm of diameter) during stimulation experiments. The bar represents 25 µm.
