Summary[edit]

Description
English: FDA’s campaign against rats beginning in the 1952 was part of a larger effort to clean up the nation’s filthy grains, flour, and baked goods. By the end of the campaign almost every farm had been forced to replace their old wooden grain silos and replace them modern steel structures. This lecture to school students certainly captured their attention.
