Volum II. Obtingut a partir del llibre digitalitzat de l'Oxford University per Google, descarregat de Internet Archive (OCR ABBYY FineReader 8.0), i eliminades les pàgines dels Volums I i III (disponibles a File:Cansons de la terra (1866).djvu i File:Cansons de la terra (1871).djvu, així com les pàgines repetides.

Les pàgines 36 i 49 en mal estat han estat substituides per una altra de la digitalització: la 36, del llibre de l'Oxford University de Google disponible a Internet Archive, i la 49 del llibre de l'Oxford University digitalitzat per Google i obtingut de Internet Archive.
