Managing Organization: Association Touristique de Rivière-la-Madeleine Tower Height: 16.8 meters (55 feet) Description Tower: White cylindrical steel tower with a red lantern. Operational: Yes Date Established: 1871 Date Present Tower Built: 1907 Current Use: Active aid to navigation. Open To Public: Yes Characteristic Range: Three quick white flashes every 27 seconds; range 20 miles. Height Focal Plane: 44.5 meters (146 feet)
