Français : Cavitation sur glace de pompe hydraulique.
La cavitation a un effet destructeur principalement sur les glaces des pompes oléohydraulique haute pression, les micros explosions, arrachent la matière et détruit les glaces de la pompe, les causes fréquentes sont une dépression trop forte à l'aspiration part exemple à cause d'un filtre d'aspiration colmaté, ou des prises d'air sur l'aspiration.
English: Cavitation damage on the valve plate for an axial piston pump. This typical "horse shoe" form appears in the zone between suction and pressure side. Reason: Excessive pressure losses in the suction-line/inlet section of the pump, or entrained air during intake. |
