English: Rosettes form by cellular rearrangement. Time-lapse movie of rosettes forming in the VE during AVE migration. Representative cells are outlined in different colours so they can be easily followed. AVE cells are marked by Hex-GFP fluorescence (green). Rosettes can be seen forming in the Epi-VE by the rearrangement of non-neighbouring cells. The time interval between frames is 15 minutes. The scale bar represents 50 µm.
