| Description |
English: Chesil Beach This shows the beach with a blue marker at the position of the grid line intersection at SY6500077000 as determined by GPS. This shows the wave at its highest point and shows how the water covered all the land in SY6476 when at maximum. The view is to the west almost along the line of the northing 77000 grid line through the blue marker. The easting grid line 65000 runs across the image from lower left to upper right.The photographer is in SY 6577(just).
Very roughly, the lower left quadrant of the image is SY6576, the upper left quadrant is SY6476, the upper right quadrant is SY6477 and the lower right quadrant is SY6577. |
