English: Chester, not all rich or tourists Taken from the Rows, this is the old home of Randolf Caldecott who was an artist and sculpturer. Randolph was born in Chester on 22 March 1846 at 150 Bridge Street (now No 16) where today there is a plaque (as can be seen) to commemorate him. |
