Description
English: Chirton Dene Park. The dene was in filled when the Albert Edward Dock was constructed in 1880's. The new 12 acre public park has water as its central theme. water appears first as a mountain stream, then reed beds, central pool, a cadence, a boggy area and finally a series of cascades before entering the Albert Edward Dock.
