Summary[edit]

Description I had a chance to attend the dry run of the 2012 Arctic Thunder air show at Elmendorf AFB, Anchorage, Alaska, in July 2012. This wasn't the same as the actual airshow but it was a lot less crowded - and the weather was so much better too! Nice mix of aircraft in both flying performances and on static display - from WW II B-25s, USAF F-22 Raptor Demo Team, the F-16 Thunderbirds, and several souped up aerobatic aircraft - what a gorgeous day - and my hearing is finally getting back to normal!
