English: Time-lapse observation of the effects of the caspase inhibitor in cell culture. This video shows the effects of 200 µM Z-Asp-CH2-DCB on the morphology of cells and color of cell nuclei (green and orange) of HeLa.S-Fucci cells. Image data were obtained automatically every 30 minutes for a period of 48 hours. The effects of the caspase inhibitor were described in Figures 4 and S1. (Quick Time; 1.3 MB) |
