Summary[edit]

Description Photo-textured 3D laser scan image of the town walls of the city of Gyaur Kala. An 8 km circuit, constructed in the 3rd century BCE, and repaired and substantially enlarged up to the 7th century CE. This excavated section showed archaeologists that large erosion deposits, derived from the erosion of latest, upper-most, walls, had exceptionally well-preserved the majority of the wall sequence. The elevation shows numerous stages of construction that occurred over the centuries.
