Notes
  • Significance: Typical of early barns in the Delaware River Valley, this 2-level barn is hewn, pegged, and covered with wood siding. It is located on the property of a formerly prosperous farm, and the barn, with all of its levels in use, had a large capacity for storage. Located in the project area of the Tock's Island Reservoir, the barn will be inundated. The farm is known locally as Cold Spring Farm.
  • Unprocessed Field note material exists for this structure: FN-216
  • Survey number: HABS PA-1165-A
