Description
English: Time-lapse of MPA induced clustering of HA-IMPDH2-GFP in live cells. Time-lapse corresponding to Fig. 3A. After MPA addition (15∶30), Z-series (total 100) were captured at a rate of 1/80 s. The playback parameters were set at a rate of 20 frames/s condensing the 2∶13∶15 movie into 5 s.
