Summary[edit]

Description

On April 8, 2014, MTA Police and Metro-North Railroad personnel rescued a dog from the tracks at Harlem-125th Street. The dog, named Tie, is a shepherd/collie mix. MTA PD from left to right -- Officer Mathew Medina, Officer Errold Borges, Officer Luis Alvarez, Officer Russell Andreasi.
