  • Significance: The brick structure began as a 2-story store building constructed in 1903 or 1904 by Benjamin F. Huntley, a furniture manufacturer to house his business. The structure was raised to 4 stories sometime between 1907 and 1912 to accommodate Huntley's growing business. The local significance of the building lies in its association with the furniture industry, and Benjamin F. Huntley, William P. Hill and Madison D. Stockton....
