The showing, playing, not notifying, of such fascist symbols, remains, varianten, is a crime, ref.: Art. 130 Strafgesetzbuch (Penal code) Abs. 4, "Volksverhetzung; Art. 139 GG Abs. 1, dort Rechtsvorschriften (der Rechtschaffenden, UN VETO Maechte/Powers, der Anti-Hitler-Amnestie/y Koalition/Coalition) zur Befreiung des deutschen Volkes vom Nationalsozialismus und Militarismus, Art 5 Abs 1-3; : "...wird bestraft, wer oeffentlich oder in einer Versammlung den oeffentlichen Frieden in einer die Wuerde (des Menschen und) der Opfer (Sieger/Befreier/Gegner/Rechtsstatsanhaenger/Bibeltreuen/Hinterbliebenen/ Allierte Oberbefehlhaber wie HM/der 5 UN VETO Maechte/Powers, m/w, sic!), verletzenden Weise dadurch stoert, dass er/sie die nationalsozialistische Gewalt- und Willkuerherrschaft billigt, verherrlicht (verharmlost), rechtfertigt (duldet, amnestiert).
