Description

Escudo de Cúcuta, Colombia:
Adóptese como insignia de esta ciudad de San José de Cúcuta, el siguiente Escudo cortado que lleva en la parte superior un campo de oro, cinco flores de lis, aderezadas de plata, y gules, dos cornucopias llenas de flores y frutos y un hacecillo de lanzas con la segur, arcos y flechas cruzadas, atadas en cinta tricolor por la parte interior. Como orla llevará el título conferido por el Monarca español Carlos IV de “Muy noble, valerosa y leal Villa de San José de Cúcuta”.[1]
