Description
Català: Escultura 'La noia de la malvasia' als jardins de la Fragata (Sitges). Obra de 2005 de l'artista Ramon Cuello, inaugurada el 2006. Al peu de l'escultura hi figura la inscripció del poeta Trinitat Catasús que diu "També les noies duen uns jerseis clars i prims quan la vinya tornen amb els primers vins". L'obra recorda als sitgetans que van treballar en la collita de la malvasia. L'imatge d'una noia alegre transmet els valors del treball i de la llibertat. L'obra fou treballada durant més de vuit mesos amb la tècnica anomenada "cera perduda" i té un pes total de 200 quilos i el bronze com a material principal.
