| Description |
English: Great Evangelical Church in Bratislava Slovakia. It was built by local builder Matej Walch on a simple one-hall floorplan. The church lacks bell tower since it was built before the issue of Patent of Toleration which allowed protestants to build churches with towers and more complicated floorplans and ornamentation.
Slovenčina: Evanjelický Veľký kostol v Bratislave. Kostol s jednoduchou halovou kompozíciou postavil v roku 1776, počas vlády Márie Terézie, bratislavský staviteľ Matej Walch. Kostol nemá vežu, pretože pred vydaním tolerančného patentu v roku 1781 evajelické kostoly museli byt jednoduchej konstrukcie a bez veží. |
