Description
English: Cedar Rapids, IA, June 13, 2008 -- At a press conference held just outside flooded Cedar Rapids, FEMA Administrator David Paulison stressed his agency's determination to help Iowans who have suffered from recent storms across the state. Senators Tom Harkin (far left) and Charles Grassley (far right) were among the dignitaries who expressed concern for their constituents, and support for the agences which are helping them.
