Summary[edit]

Description
English: Fargo, ND, March 29, 2009 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers direct a helicopter which is bringing a packet of sandbags to be used to patch a levee at a school in the Oak Grove section of Fargo, ND. The levee, built in 2000 was breached and the ACE and local officials worked together to fix the levee. The Red River crested on Sunday at over 40 feet. Photo by Patsy Lynch/FEMA
