Description
Español: Bandera del municipio de El Tambo (Cauca).

Es de figura cuadrada, compuesta de tres fases horizontales de un mismo largo, con los tres colores rojo amarillo y verde. ROJO: Simboliza el amor a la patria chica y la sangre derramada por nuestros antepasados indígenas y héroes en los campos de batalla de Guazábara y la cuchilla del Tambo, librada entre españoles y patriotas el 29 de junio de 1816. AMARRILLO: Simboliza la riqueza de nuestro suelo en los tres reinos de la naturaleza: animal, vegetal y minera. VERDE: Simboliza la esperanza en el progreso cultural de sus industrias, comercio y desarrollo.
