ARABIAN SEA (Oct. 10, 2012) An F/A-18F Super Hornet assigned to the Pukin Dogs of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 143 launches from the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69). Dwight D. Eisenhower is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility conducting maritime security operations, theater security cooperation efforts and support missions as part of Operation Enduring Freedom.
