English: Photographed during the ‘Following the Box’ - a multimedia art exhibition that held from 14th Feb. to 7th March, 2015, at the Birla Academy of Art and Culture, Kolkata. Twelve artists: Aditya Basak, Alakananda Nag, Alan Teller, Amritah Sen, Chhatrapati Dutta , Jerri Zbiral, Mamata Basak, Prabir Purkayastha, Sanjeet Chowdhury, Sarbajeet Sen, Sunandini Banerjee, Swarna Chitrakar placed their works along with 127 anonymous photographs from rural Bengal of 1942-45 by a US soldier, the entire exhibition was curated by Alan Teller & Jerri Zbiral. |
