| Description |
English: Forde House, Newton Abbot. Another view of 12218 at an earlier time of day, the low sun casting shadows from the avenue of trees between the C17 manor and Torquay Road. The house was originally the manor of Wolborough, from which it is now separated by a main road, the railway, and substantial areas of housing. It was acquired by Teignbridge District Council in 1983. A full history of ownership is at
