| Description |
English: Looking southeast from Barney Circle at the John Philip Sousa Bridge in Washington, D.C., in the United States in May 2014. The now-closed on-ramp from Interstate 695 is entering from the right, while the traffic light which formerly controlled access from this ramp is in the center of the image. Pennsylvania Avenie SE is to the left.
Interstate 695 from the 11th Street Bridges to Barney Circle was decommissioned in 2012, and the tunnels and connections with Sousa Bridge are now inaccessible and unused. |
