| Description |
English: Former Railway Bridge Spanning a very deep cutting carrying the route of the former Cuckoo Line that operated from 1880 until closure in 1965. The railway linked Polegate with Tunbridge Wells and was named after the fair held at Heathfield one of the principle towns on the route. Too much foliage today obscured the view of the actual track bed located at the foot of a very impressive cutting through the 124m high Knowle Hill. |
