| Description |
Deutsch: Ausgedehnte intraossäre Fremdkörperreaktion bei einer Endoprothese des Kniegelenks. Durch die lytischen Veränderung kam es zu einer Schwächung und letztlich zu einer pathologischen Fraktur der Tibia (hier nicht zu sehen). Im Weichteilfenster erkennt man das im Vergleich zum normalen, fettigen Knochenmarkt (blauer Pfeil) deutlich dichtere Material des Granuloms (roter Pfeil). |
