Description
Deutsch: Schwerer Verkehrsunf. mit Gefahrgut-LKW BAB 1 HB-HH, zw. AS Dibbersen + Hiffeld am 15.01.2008. LKW-Fahrer wurde massiv im Fahrerhaus eingeklemmt. Die technische Rettung durch die Feuerwehr gestaltete sich schwierig u. langwierig (fast 3 Std.). Mehrere Fw. aus dem LK Harburg (u. auch Fw-Kran BF Hamburg wurde zur Unterstützung hinzugezogen) im Einsatz. Eine weitgehend unbekannte Vorgehensweise im Zusammenhang mit der "patientengerechten schonenden Rettung" fand hier Anwendung: Mittels einer so genannten 400V Zeltheizung (2 x 4,5kVA Leistung) u. einem Luftschlauch wurde Warmluft in die Fahrerkabine geleitet. Hierdurch wird nicht nur der (meist unter Schock stehende) Verletzte gegen ein (weiteres) Auskühlen geschützt, auch die eingesetzten Rettungskräfte, die mit der techn./med. Rettung unmittelbar beschäftigt sind, profitieren hiervon/bleiben länger einsatzfähig. Die Fw. Jesteburg (Nds. LK Harburg) hat mit dieser Vorgehensweise bereits mehrfach sehr gute Erfahrungen sammeln können.
