Description
Imagestack_icon.svg This image is part of a series which can be scrolled interactively with the mousewheel or mouse dragging. This is done by using Template:Imagestack. The series is found in the category Gallstone perforation with intestinal necrosis and ileus - case 001.
Aus der Gallenblase perforierter Gallenstein, der im Dünndarm zu einer Nekrose geführt hat und so auch zu einem Ileus, ohne selbst direkt okkludierend zum Ileus zu führen. Ein in früheren Voruntersuchungen nachweisbarer großer Stein in der Gallenblase war hier nicht mehr zu finden. Man meint in einigen Schichten, ihn in der dilatierten nekrotischen Dünndarmschlingen zu erahnen. Neu aufgetretene Aerobilie. Kleine Verhaltformation am Duodenum, wohl an der Perforationsstelle.
