"Under the patronage of Her Majesty" and "And Her Royal Highness the Princess of Wales". The modern building beyond is the Park Plaza Hotel which replaced the infamous No 1 Westminster Bridge 171789. See also 51370 for an almost similar view before that building was replaced. |
