The hideously ugly white building on the ridge to the left is the 10-story Sugar Mountain Ski Resort Condominium. Grandmother Lake is the body of water to the lower left, and the Linn Cove Viaduct on the Blue Ridge Parkway can be seen to the right. Panoramic image compiled with Autostitch from 20 individual photographs, taken with a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ50 mounted to a Panosaurus tripod head.
