Description
Svenska: En gropavall, som utgör gränsen mellan gårdarna Hendenestorp och Kårholmen i västligaste delen av Trävattna socken, Vilske härad, Falköpings kommun, f.d. Skaraborgs län, Västergötland, Västra Götalands län, Sverige. Bilden är tagen 350 m SSV om Hendenestorp, 280 m NÖ om Kårholmen och drygt 100 m VSV om flyttblocket Gungesten eller Rullstenen (RAÄ-nr Trävattna 18:1). En gropavall består av en vall med längsföljande dike. Gropavallen på bilden är sedd från norr mot söder och har diket väster om vallen. Till vänster på Hendenestorps mark växer granskog (Picea abies), medan till höger på Kårholmens mark växer det gles tallskog (Pinus sylvestris).
English: A ditched fence (Sw. "gropavall") from the border between the farms Hendesestorp and Kårholmen in Trävattna parish, Vilske hundred, Falköping Municipality, former Skaraborg county, Västergötland, Västra Götaland county, Sweden. A ditched fence consists of a ditch and an earth wall, sometimes reinforced by stones. The wall can be seen to the left, the reinforcing stones in the middle, and the ditch to the right. To the left on the domains of Hendenestorp there is sprucewood (Picea abies), and to the right on the domains of Kårholmen there is firwood (Pinus sylvestris).
