Gustav Vasas rustning från 1540.
Description
Svenska: Bestående av en större lårplåt med kraftig vulst upptill, två höftlameller dito samt knäskydd bestående av knäplåt med hjärtformig platta på utsidan samt två smalare lameller ovanför och nedanför. Etsad och förgylld dekor som ovan. I den etsade dekoren på höftlamellens mittlist en kvinnlig herm och en manlig satyrherm (?) med bockskägg. På lårplåtens mittlist en kvinnlig, krönt herm, profil v., samt därnedanför två örnvingar. På övre yttre knälamellen örnvingar, på nedre en trumma, på knäet ett tomt, rektangulärt fält, på båda nedre lamellerna rektangulära fält med datering: 1540. Vid lårplåtens innerkant ett rektangulärt hål.
