فارسی: برداشت انگور و تولید باسلوق در روستای هزاوه روستای هزاوه یکی از قطب‌های کشاورزی در تولید انگور می‌باشد که با توجه به این موضوع روستاییان به تولید شیره و رب انگور و غیره درفصل برداشت مشغول می‌شوند. روستاییان پس از برداشت انگورها، آنها را در حوض عمیقی ریخته و سپس برای تهیه شیره به آن خاک شیره اضافه می‌کنند. بعد از انجام این کار آنها انگورها را له کرده تا آب انگور جدا شود و از دریچه‌ای که در نظر گرفته شده داخل ظرف‌ها ریخته و در دو مرحله که در مرحله اول در دیگ بزرگ مسی حرارت داده و صاف می‌کند و در مرحله دوم نیز برای قوام آمدن آن را در تنور گلی قرار می‌دهند. |
