Description
English: 3D reconstruction of TgCBAP localization. Reconstruction of deconvolved images of extracellular parasites rendered as a 3D movie. Parasites expressing TgCBAP-3xmyc were stained for IMC1 (green) and myc (red). Scale bar = 10 µm. Note the two parasites in the process of endodiogeny in the upper left quadrant.
