English: Representative CFP+ monocyte infiltration into the deep skin layer. TPLSM movie of ECFP+ monocytes 210 min post-injury of a MacBlue×CX3CR1gfp/+ mouse. ECFP+ monocytes are in cyan, and the bone and collagen matrix, which are visualized by second harmonic generation, are in blue. Cell tracks are visualized by colored lines.
