http://www.stmi.bayern.de/buerger/staat/wappen/detail/05762/index.php Deutsch: Die weiß-blauen Rauten (Wecken), heraldisches Symbol des kleinen Staatswappens und des Herzschilds im großen Staatswappen und der "Fränkische Rechen" können zu Zwecken, die mit Sinn und Ansehen dieser Zeichen vereinbar sind, in beliebiger Form, also auch in Form eines Wappenschildes verwendet werden. Mit dem Rautenmuster kann die Bezeichnung "Freistaat Bayern" oder "Bayern", mit dem Rechen die Bezeichnung "Franken" verbunden werden. Unzulässig ist dagegen, dem Rautenzeichen oder dem Rechen die Volkskrone der Staatswappen, andere Kronen, Wappentiere, schildhaltende Tiere oder Figuren o. ä. Zeichen beizufügen oder sie so zu verwenden, dass ein amtlicher Eindruck entstehen kann. Für eine genehmigungsfreie Verwendung durch Bürger, Firmen, Vereine, Verbände etc. steht somit das so genannte "Landessymbol Freistaat Bayern" zur Verfügung. Das Landessymbol darf von jedermann verwendet werden mit der Einschränkung, dass kein amtlicher Eindruck erweckt werden darf. |
