English: Painted ceiling of Landskyrkan church in Alingsås, Sweden.
  • The left page of the book cites John 8:12 from the Karl XII translation. The King James version of the text is: "I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life."
  • The right page of the book cites hymn 251 (first verse) from the 1695 Swedish hymnbook, En syndigh Man.

  • Vänstra sidan citerar Joh 8:12 från Karl XII:s översättning: "Jag är verldenes Ljus; den mig följer, han skall icke vandra i mörkret, utan han skall få lifsens ljus."
