Description
Deutsch: Katholische Pfarrkirche Saint-Pierre in Limours, einer Gemeinde im Département Essonne (Île de France), Chorfenster, um 1520, Darstellung: Geißelung Christi (oben), Pilatus wäscht seine Hände in Unschuld (unten)
NOTE: The upper sections of this window, depicting the "Last Supper" and the "Flagellation" remain mostly intact, but with some noticeable repairs. (The renewed painted surface appears smoother) The lower two thirds of the bottom right and centre panels are entirely renewed. The left panel has more of the original glass including the beautiful face of Christ, his hands, and the heads of those that surround him. The lower third of this panel is entirely renewed.
