Summary[edit]

Description Der Bau Schwanenwik 38 auf der Uhlenhorst wurde 1867/68 nach Plänen von Jean-David Jollasse erbaut. Nach diversen unterschiedlichen Nutzngen wurde es 1988/89 durch das Architekturbüro Schramm, v. Bassewitz, Hupertz & Partner restauriert und dient seither dem Literaturhaus Hamburg als Heimstatt.
