In 1973 Staines Garage was finally equipped with Routemaster buses and our faithful old RTs were transferred away (although we did have one or two allocated in later days to eke out their last months in traffic.) Two studies of a certain driver (hem hem!) posing with one of the new charges on a 441 duty at Hedgerley Village in Buckinghamshire. Sometime in 1973. Camera: Olympus Pen F Half Frame SLR. |
