| Description |
English: Loyalist Mural, Donegall Pass, Belfast [3] Another mural, this time on the corner of Apsley Street and Donegall Pass. This mural commemorates the 36th (Ulster) Division's battles in World War One. Made up largely of men from the newly formed Ulster Volunteer Force, the division suffered heavy casualties in the battle of the Somme where some 5500 men were killed or injured in the first two days of fighting. |
