| Description |
English: Main Street, Burton-in-Kendal. This is rather narrow in places, considering that it is the A6070, but fortunately it runs parallel to the M6 and the A6 and has relatively little traffic. The Kings Arms Hotel is probably of the early 19C. It has three storeys, and originally had an arched passageway to the stables, now demolished. For a view of the front see [1] |
