| Description |
Deutsch: Grundriss des Mainzer Doms Wie zu erkennen ist, handelt es sich nicht um eine eingenordete, sondern eingesüdete Zeichnung. Links daher der Ostchor, der von den Treppentürmen des Willigis flankiert wird. Das Mittelschiff erscheint durch die beidseits angebauten Kapellenreihen fünfschiffig, unterbrochen im Süden (oben) von der Memorienkapelle und im Norden durch das Marktportal. Der Chorabschluss des Westchores lässt den im Artikel Mainzer Dom beschriebenen Trikonchos deutlich werden. |
