Español: Espléndida imagen de la actriz María Guerrero (1867-1928), retratada en su niñez. Posa vestida con un traje azul y blanco, sentada sobre una silla de madera y apoyando sus pies sobre un almohadón de terciopelo rojo con mirada perdida y gesto serio. La pincelada, larga y gruesa, construye la figura a base de planos de color, evocando el arte de Rosales, y estableciendo un gran contraste entre el ajustado dibujo del rostro y la libertad expresiva del resto de los elementos que quedan abocetados en un ejercicio de libertad pictórica.
