English: Migration of a blebbing SW620 cell on immobilized, active PAI-1. Time-lapse recording of SW620 cells 17 h after seeding on PAI-1 14-1b. The migration speed was evaluated at 0.4 µm/min. Images were captured every 2 min. Bar, 10 µm.
