Add a one-line explanation of what this file represents

Menger sponge, a fractal, here in its two-dimensional version, but it is also a Sierpisnki carpet¹ or a 2D-extended Cantor set, they are all similar in construction. The image was created from using an iterated function system, (IFS).
¹Not really fair, the Sierpinski method uses 1:2 as scale ratio, this uses 1:3 (the Cantor set uses 1:3).

More fractals from my tools:

All fractals are from self-written tools - linear IFS images from my: "2D IFS Studio", non-linear (rev Julia) from "3D RJIFS", (that also writes 2D rev Julias), escape time Z² fractals from "Julia dream", the rest are from small "hacks".
